Located in Kingwood, TX, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals for eligible clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals seeking a self-pay option. Our expert-prepared meals, designed by a Registered Dietitian, cater to a variety of dietary needs, supporting clients' health and well-being while addressing various medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. With a focus on quality and safety, our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring they are suitable for those with dietary restrictions. For Medicaid and Older American Act recipients, meal delivery eligibility varies by state and program, and case managers can provide assistance in determining benefits. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries can also check their plans for meal support. For those who do not qualify for assistance, N4L offers an affordable self-pay program at $7.75 per meal, giving individuals the flexibility to choose their meals and delivery schedule. In addition to meal services, we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, making N4L a comprehensive resource for nutritional support in our community.
