We proudly serve delicious meals at 10 Senior Centers and 16 Nutrition sites throughout the eight-county area, funded by Title III through the Area Agencies on Aging. For those unable to visit these locations, our home-delivered meals program, supported by the Department of Health & Human Services, brings essential nourishment directly to their doors. Access to these meals is determined through caring assessments by HCCAA staff or based on income guidelines set by DADS caseworkers.
