Leonard Lake, a licensed professional counselor with a Master's degree, employs a Cognitive Behavior therapy approach infused with Christian values in his practice. His mission is to empower clients by offering them alternative perspectives on their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life circumstances. Leonard believes that every thought is deeply connected to an emotion, influencing individuals both mentally and physically. By encouraging clients to shift their mindset about life and their current situations, he aims to foster behavioral change. With expertise in Crisis Intervention, pre-marital and marriage counseling, and experience working with at-risk youth, Leonard is dedicated to guiding clients through the process of healing and rebuilding areas of brokenness in their lives—mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
