Home Delivered Meals

Based in Huntsville, TX, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) specializes in providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act. Our mission is to ensure that clients receive nourishing meals crafted by Registered Dietitians to support their health needs and manage various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our menu is carefully designed to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, making it a safe choice for many. We cater to Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients as well as self-pay individuals who desire the convenience of home-delivered meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. For those unsure about eligibility, assistance is available through Case Managers or local agencies. In addition to meal services, N4L offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, helping our clients on their journey to better health.
