Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing compassionate food assistance through our Home Delivered Meals program in Humble, TX, ensuring that clients receive nutritious, medically tailored meals designed by a Registered Dietitian. We cater to individuals eligible for Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, as well as those seeking a self-pay program. Our meals are carefully crafted to support general health and address specific medical needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, all while being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. To find out if you qualify for our home-delivered meals, we encourage you to consult with your Case Manager or reach out to your local Area Agency on Aging. For those without insurance or who do not meet assistance eligibility, our affordable self-pay option allows you to choose every meal for just $7.75, promoting convenience and ease for you or your loved ones. Additionally, N4L offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support your health journey.
