MOVE! Weight Management Program

The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Houston, TX, is dedicated to empowering Veterans to lead healthier lives through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and provided with personalized weight management solutions. We offer a variety of options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer self-directed management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may require further assistance.
