Meals on Wheels, a dedicated initiative by YWCA in Houston, TX, provides essential home-delivered meals to seniors aged 60 and over, ensuring their nutritional needs are met. Our service reaches homebound seniors in Houston and its surrounding areas by delivering hot, balanced meals from Monday to Friday, excluding approved holidays. To participate, seniors go through a straightforward eligibility assessment conducted by a YWCA Houston Intake Specialist, with follow-up assessments required annually. We are committed to supporting our seniors and promoting their well-being with convenient and healthy meal options.
