We specialize in providing Medically Tailored Meals designed by Registered Dietitians, ensuring that each meal meets the specific nutritional needs of individuals facing various health challenges, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are carefully crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, making them suitable for those with dietary restrictions. We serve eligible clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, as well as offering a self-pay option for individuals who wish to enjoy our meals without insurance coverage, available at just $7.75 per meal.
