Located in Grapevine, TX, the Health and Fitness program is committed to empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary for maintaining and enhancing their health, both physically and mentally. Through personalized fitness training that caters to various abilities and dynamic educational activities centered on healthy nutrition, we strive to create an inclusive environment that nurtures overall well-being. Our services not only include comprehensive health education but also fitness and exercise tailored to meet individual needs. We welcome funding from various sources such as Home & Community Based Services (HCS), CLASS funds, Texas Home Living (TXHML), and private contributions to support our mission of promoting better health in the community.
