Revive Community Care Outreach

Revive Community Care Outreach is dedicated to serving the Granbury, TX community by providing vital food assistance and support to those in need. As an extension of the Second Harvest of Silicon Valley, we aim to foster a caring environment where community members can connect and uplift one another. Our key services encompass a regular food pantry, offering emergency food resources to families facing hunger, as well as additional support through our eye clinic.
