Located in Garland, TX, the HIV/AIDS Services at the Harold Simmons Foundation Health Campus is dedicated to supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS by offering a comprehensive range of essential services. Our food assistance programs include a weekday hot meals initiative and a fully stocked food pantry, ensuring that nutritious meals are accessible to those in need. We also provide vital case management services to help clients navigate the healthcare system in North Texas, alongside medical case management, legal support, and various health-related services such as oral health care and health counseling. Our mission is to empower clients by providing resources including health insurance premium and medication co-pay assistance, childcare, housing support, substance abuse treatment, and educational workshops on HIV. We proudly serve our community without discrimination, welcoming all individuals regardless of age, race, or background. To access our services, potential clients are encouraged to complete an intake session at our Client Services office, with eligibility renewals required every six months.
