Veteran Navigation Services, located in Galveston, TX, is dedicated to empowering veterans and their families through vital support and resources. Our mission focuses on enhancing lives by offering employment placement, housing assistance, financial literacy, counseling, and meals. We facilitate access to temporary housing through our Harmony Housing Program, ensuring individuals and families have the critical resources needed for a successful transition to stable living. The TransitUnity Program provides essential transportation options with bus passes and ride-sharing vouchers, promoting mobility for our clients. Our Legacy Assurance Program guides veterans on acquiring life insurance, while the WorkforceConnect Program offers tailored job search assistance, case management, and job readiness certification to enhance employability. With the MealConnect Program, we strive to eliminate food barriers by connecting individuals to food vouchers and local food pantries, and through our Holistic Support Program, we provide referrals for mental health, financial education, and recovery resources, addressing the diverse needs of our veteran community.
