Home Delivered Meals

Located in Galveston, TX, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide nutritious, medically tailored meals designed by a Registered Dietitian to meet the specific dietary needs of individuals covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals cater to various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring they are free from common allergens like dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible under Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, our meal delivery is available based on specific program requirements. We also serve individuals who are self-paying, offering a simple selection process for convenient meal delivery at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. In addition, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support a holistic approach to health.
