Elsa Christie Marley is a dedicated pastoral counselor and mental health coach, committed to helping clients discover their purpose, restore their identity, and heal from past pain. With over 7 years of experience, she impacts the lives of individuals and their family systems, guiding them from living in pain to embracing wholeness and purpose. Elsa counsels and coaches with an authentic, nurturing approach, focusing on connection and individualization to propel her clients toward greatness. Drawing on her diverse legal, theological, and mental health background, she specializes in trauma, depression, Biblical counseling, anxiety, PTSD, premarital/marital counseling, and parenting. An ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, Elsa is particularly passionate about supporting current and former foster/adopted children and survivors of sexual exploitation, drawing from her own experiences as a former foster child and sex trafficking survivor. She is an avid learner of the neurobiology of trauma and leads in-depth trauma-informed support groups. By employing faith-based therapeutic interventions, psychotherapeutic modalities, mental health coaching, and neurolinguistic programming, Elsa strives to facilitate life-long holistic change for individuals in their journey toward mental wellness.
