M. Gladney, MA, LPC, is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor who understands that all individuals share a universal desire to feel normal, while simultaneously longing for uniqueness and individuality. M. perceives humanity as a collection of puzzle pieces that, although molded from the same fabric and existing within the same space, serve unique and varied purposes. With a special focus on helping teens, adults, and elders grappling with issues like depression, anger management, and men's issues, M. strives to uncover where each client truly belongs within their personal puzzle. Employing evidence-based modalities such as Trauma-Focused therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Family Systems approaches, M. identifies obstacles and devises strategies tailored to each client’s goals. M. maintains an attitude of curiosity towards understanding clients' perspectives, assisting them in recognizing that not every aspect of life needs to feel pleasant to result in positive outcomes.
