Through her compassionate and culturally sensitive approach, she guides individuals navigating the painful fallout of being a partner to a sex addict or intimacy anorexic. With a focus on healing and recovery, Johanna emphasizes the belief that overcoming is possible, offering a pathway toward a brighter future. Her therapeutic modalities include Compassion Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Positive Psychology, among others, ensuring that each client receives support tailored to their unique needs. Johanna conducts smaller support groups designed to foster healing through positive feedback and understanding from peers, alongside one-on-one coaching sessions that address individual concerns.
