Helen Williamson Elliott, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree, is passionate about helping individuals navigate their emotional struggles. Inspired by her own challenges with family codependency, she understands that there is hope and healing available. Through a diverse array of therapeutic methods including cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and family systems therapies, she skillfully guides clients in uncovering and overcoming barriers that hold them back. Helen is dedicated to offering compassionate and confidential listening, empowering clients to break free from limiting beliefs and embrace their potential. She enjoys working with clients of all ages—from preteens to elders—and is particularly attentive to the unique needs of children and teens. Her expertise extends to addressing parenting challenges, weight issues, and the processing of traumatic experiences, including sexual, physical, and emotional abuse. As a former Montessori Elementary school teacher and a proud mother of three, Helen brings valuable insight and warmth to her practice. Additionally, her passion for Taekwondo, ignited by her experiences at age 18, reflects her belief in resilience and strength.
