COVID-19 Supplemental Nutrition Program

Located in Fort Worth, TX, the COVID-19 Supplemental Nutrition Program is dedicated to ensuring that seniors and their spouses receive essential food assistance during this challenging time. Our program delivers a weekly supply of five nutritious frozen meals per person, along with a 10-pound box of senior-friendly canned goods and fresh produce.
