Yumlish Diabetes Prevention Program, located in Flower Mound, TX, is dedicated to empowering individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices through a comprehensive year-long initiative featuring 24 to 26 engaging one-hour sessions. Our program is designed to promote health education and nutrition education with the support of a certified Registered Dietitian who has completed specialized Lifestyle Coach training. Each session is conveniently held virtually via Zoom, ensuring accessibility for all participants.
