MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Flower Mound, TX, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity, ensuring they are referred to appropriate weight management resources tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of practical care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who desire a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing persistent weight-related challenges.
