Farmers Assisting Returning Military (F.A.R.M.)

Farmers Assisting Returning Military (F.A.R.M.) in Flower Mound, TX, offers a supportive and hands-on approach to help veterans reintegrate into civilian life through agriculture. Founded by two veterans of the Iraq War, F.A.R.M. provides a unique environment where former service members can cultivate crops and care for farm animals, fostering camaraderie and purpose. The program is designed for veterans facing challenges such as suicidal thoughts, homelessness, or chemical dependency, and emphasizes peer-to-peer training as they explore farming.
