Diabetes Management Program (Yumlish DSME)

Located in Flower Mound, TX, the Yumlish Diabetes Management Program (Yumlish DSME) is dedicated to empowering the Hispanic community living with diabetes through culturally tailored education and support. Our ten-week program, designed by licensed registered dietitians, offers essential diabetes health education in both English and Spanish, along with peer support to foster connection and motivation. Participants engage with approved curricula from the CDC and the American Diabetes Association while enjoying rewards for their commitment. For an upfront fee of $50, followed by $15 weekly installments, we provide a flexible and inclusive approach to diabetes management. Financial assistance is available on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that everyone has access to vital resources in their journey to better health.
