Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)

The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) in Euless, TX, is dedicated to empowering families with limited income through education on nutrition and food safety. Our engaging classes focus on essential topics such as basic nutrition, budget-conscious shopping, food preparation, and safety, while emphasizing the importance of physical activity. With hands-on activities and practical, research-based materials available in both English and Spanish, we strive to create supportive learning environments for groups of at least 10 participants. By serving the diverse populations of Nueces, Bexar, Cameron, Dallas, El Paso, Harris, Hidalgo, Tarrant, Travis, Webb, and Willacy counties, we aim to enhance community health and foster lifelong healthy habits.
