Armando Gerardo is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. An El Paso native and disabled Navy veteran, he brings a wealth of experience to his practice, having worked as a former school teacher, school counselor, prison therapist, and EMT in Texas. His diverse background also includes serving as a women's inpatient therapist for substance use and sexual trauma, as well as an internship at an Army drug and alcohol unit, and experience as a math professor and jet mechanic. Armando understands that life events can become overwhelming, making it difficult to maintain a balanced life. He firmly believes that being mentally, physically, and spiritually in tune with oneself is essential for navigating both joyous and challenging times. His heart goes out to those he has cared for, and he emphasizes the importance of seeking help from qualified therapists when needed, especially in times of difficulty.
