The Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC) in El Paso, TX, is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and young children at risk of nutrition-related issues. WIC provides valuable breastfeeding support, including free breast pumps and resources to help mothers confidently navigate breastfeeding. Each month, participants receive benefits that can be used to purchase healthy foods, including iron-fortified infant formula, fruits, vegetables, milk, and much more, ensuring that families have access to nutritious options. Additionally, we offer referrals to important health and social services. Eligible participants include pregnant women, new mothers, and caregivers of children under five, guided by income and nutritional risk criteria. Even if you have a job or private insurance, you can still access our services.
