At El Paso Diabetes Support Services, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals living with diabetes and those at risk in the El Paso, TX area. We are dedicated to providing essential resources through comprehensive educational programming, advocacy, and community awareness aimed at preventing, managing, and detecting diabetes early. Our offerings include Diabetes Self Management Education (DSME), medical nutritional therapy, supportive group meetings, walk-in screenings, and nutrition education—each designed to empower and support our community. We are committed to accessibility, accepting Medicare while also providing low-cost options for self-paying patients, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to receive the care they need.
