Our mission encompasses employment placement through our WorkforceConnect Program, which offers tailored job search assistance and job readiness certification, as well as financial literacy guidance through our Legacy Assurance Program. We also support stable housing through our Harmony Housing Program, offering temporary solutions and critical resources for a successful transition to permanent residences. For those facing transportation challenges, our TransitUnity Program provides bus passes and vouchers for rideshare services, ensuring easy accessibility. Our MealConnect Program addresses food insecurity with food vouchers and connections to local food pantries, while our Holistic Support Program connects individuals to vital resources for mental health, substance abuse, and financial counseling.
