Located in Eagle Pass, TX, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the lives of eligible clients through our Home Delivered Meals program, offering nutritious, medically tailored meals designed by Registered Dietitians. Our meals cater to the specific nutrient needs of individuals covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as those seeking self-pay options. We focus on delivering meals that support general health and address various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while accommodating dietary restrictions such as dairy, peanut, gluten, and pork allergies. For Medicaid and Older American Act recipients, we encourage coordination with your Case Manager to assess eligibility for meal delivery. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries can check if meal services are included in their plans, while those not covered can enjoy our self-pay program at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. In addition to meal delivery, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, making us a comprehensive resource for nutritional support in our community.
