Farrah Bonnot

Farrah Bonnot is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor who understands the unique challenges individuals face in seeking mental health support. She creates a safe and non-judgmental environment, thoughtfully catering to survivors of trauma and those from diverse sexual orientations and lifestyles, including LGBTQIA+, polyamory, consensual non-monogamy (ENM), and kink communities. As an ally to sex workers, she offers unfaltering support for individuals connected to the sex industry. Farrah's therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a focus on goal achievement, processing depression and anxiety, and establishing healthy boundaries. Currently pursuing her Gottman Level 1 certification, an AASECT certification in sex therapy, and a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy at Texas Woman's University, she is dedicated to providing her clients with the tools they need to navigate their experiences and feelings. Farrah operates under the principle that her clients are not at fault, but are responding to their environment. Her ultimate goal in therapy is to assist them in reorganizing and understanding these responses, empowering them towards a more effective and fulfilling life.
