Friday FoodBasket

Located in Denton, TX, Friday FoodBasket is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income seniors and individuals with disabilities who receive SSI or SSDI benefits. Our mission is to ensure that no one in our community faces hunger, offering pre-packaged bags of groceries to those in need. We welcome clients to join us every Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., where assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Our services extend to all qualifying residents aged 60 and older, as well as disabled individuals referred to us through our emergency aid center, regardless of their place of residence within our service area. At Friday FoodBasket, we are committed to fostering a supportive environment where dignity and care are prioritized.
