Our program is designed for anyone affected by kidney disease, providing vital education for those recently diagnosed, caregivers, or individuals preparing for dialysis. Participants will gain insights into the symptoms and stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD), learn how to eat well with kidney challenges, discover coping strategies and support options, and explore various treatment possibilities, including home dialysis. With flexible availability, our classes can be attended online, via video conference, over the phone, or in person, ensuring that help is accessible to everyone in need.
