Lindys Legacy

Dr. Lindys Legacy is a dedicated psychologist with a PsyD and a master's degree in forensic/legal psychology, committed to helping individuals navigate complex and challenging life circumstances. She believes that these challenges, while formidable, can be overcome with the right support and intervention. Upon entering therapy with her, clients will find a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment, allowing them to share their experiences openly. Dr. Legacy employs effective, research-supported interventions to help ease distress and address the perplexities and hardships affecting one's mind, body, and spirit. Her work focuses on targeting past, present, and future adversities, aiming to cultivate healthy self-esteem, hope, meaning, purpose, and freedom in her clients' lives. With extensive experience working with adults and adolescents in community and inpatient settings, she specializes in facilitating the healing of the psyche from deep emotional injuries resulting from various forms of trauma. Dr. Legacy carefully considers the significant impact of thoughts, attitudes, behaviors, and entrenched personality traits that may contribute to ongoing personal and relational difficulties, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
