Sveta Ahuja, a licensed professional counselor (LPC), understands that not everyone has to navigate life's challenges alone. Sveta offers both direct guidance through counseling and the space for deeper self-understanding through psychotherapy. Sveta's practice welcomes men and women from diverse cultural backgrounds who are experiencing chronic unhappiness in their relationships, feelings of restlessness, anger, or burden. Specializing in areas such as male depression, grief therapy, social anxiety, perfectionism, and identity issues, she also enjoys working with first-generation adults facing transitions and children coping with aging parents.
