Stefani Adair

Stefani Adair is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is dedicated to partnering with adults and elders in their therapeutic journeys. With a commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment, she ensures that individuals feel seen, heard, and valued. Stefani considers it an honor to accompany her clients through their pain as they work towards healing and personal growth. Through eclectic, person-centered, and Christian counseling approaches, along with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), she helps clients process old wounds, reframe unhealthy beliefs, and navigate life's challenges. Stefani believes that each client holds a valuable story, and through resilience in their hardest moments, they can achieve health and wellness. With extensive experience counseling individuals in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient hospitals, nonprofit organizations, and university environments, Stefani also played a key role in developing and co-facilitating counselor-training workshops for Kids Alive Oasis, a mission dedicated to aiding young victims of sexual abuse. As a staff therapist at the Center, which has faithfully served families for over 50 years, she is committed to integrating spiritual principles with psychological services to guide clients towards their fullest potential.
