Samuel Conerly, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree from Texas Wesleyan University, understands that life can challenge us all in various ways. Growing up in Chicago, he developed a belief that everyone is here for a purpose and that every experience, whether past, present, or future, contributes to that purpose. With over 20 years of experience in psychology, social services, and education, Samuel is dedicated to assisting teens, adults, and elders in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, and family and relationship conflicts. He employs an integrated therapeutic approach, utilizing techniques from Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Samuel's mission is to help individuals uncover the lessons of their past and rediscover the aspects of themselves that lead to a more fulfilling life.
