Kerry Dueholm

Kerry Dueholm is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about supporting individuals on their healing journeys. She firmly believes that with the right tools and support, everyone has the potential to grow and change in meaningful ways. Kerry approaches therapy through a psychological, social, and emotional lens, promoting growth and wellness for her clients. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families as they navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, spiritual exploration, parenting challenges, postpartum mood disorders, and PTSD. With a focus on individuals aged three and up, Kerry utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities including Trauma Focused, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Family Systems therapy. She has also received training in Theraplay, particularly beneficial for children. Kerry is open to incorporating spirituality into counseling when desired by her clients, ensuring that each treatment plan is individualized and respects their values, culture, and lifestyle. Her goal is to help clients regain balance, meaning, and joy in their lives. Through the process of improving relationships with oneself and others, Kerry believes that life can become significantly better.
