Estrelita Bruce, a compassionate Pre-Licensed Professional under the supervision of Dr. Stacia Alexander, is dedicated to mental health and well-being. She provides a non-judgmental, safe space that empowers clients to grow at their own pace. Her mission includes educating, encouraging, and equipping individuals with tools and resources for self-care, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness, leading to significant transformation. Specializing in trauma-informed care, grief and loss, as well as self-care and stress management, Estrelita addresses challenges related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and career purpose. Although she primarily works with women navigating major life transitions, she welcomes anyone facing identity crises or unresolved traumas. Employing a blend of cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused approaches, along with a person-centered and faith-based perspective when requested, Estrelita also enjoys collaborating with individuals in the helping professions. She believes in the power of connecting with the right counselor to foster growth, relief, and a deeper understanding of life’s challenges.
