Utilizing a trauma-informed, psychodynamic approach, Chris frequently integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques into his practice. Additionally, he is a certified Revisioning practitioner, utilizing a technique that simulates re-attachment for grief resolution and ego-integration. Chris strives to cultivate a safe, nurturing environment free of shame, rejection, regret, or guilt, allowing clients to explore and embrace the renewed freedoms they are meant to enjoy, living life with fullness and joy. In partnership, clients can access their own inner wisdom as they move toward their true identity. Chris also offers a BPD Group each Tuesday at 7:45 a.m.
