Aurolina Valdes

Aurolina Valdes is a dedicated marriage and family therapist, LMFT, and RPT who specializes in providing tele-therapy services. With a warm and caring approach, she understands that everyone, at some point, seeks empathetic listening and the right questions to navigate through life's complexities. Whether clients are facing transitions such as grieving a loved one or moving to a new city, questioning aspects of their lives including relationships or sexual orientation, or addressing long-standing issues like low self-esteem, trauma, depression, and anxiety, Aurolina is passionate about assisting them in finding balance and a sense of well-being. Acknowledging that beginning this journey can be daunting, she commits to standing alongside clients as they explore their challenges and practice new behaviors. Aurolina also has a deep appreciation for working with the Hispanic community, offering her services in both Spanish and English, and drawing from her personal experience of adapting to new cultures.
