Mary Sutton-Sears is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is diligently working towards full licensure under the supervision of Catherine Lamb, LPC-Supervisor. With a Master’s of Science in Marriage, Couple, & Family Counseling from Walden University specializing in Trauma & Crisis, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. Mary excels in addressing a broad range of issues for children, adolescents, and adults, including trauma from sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, as well as challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-harm, identity struggles, and social skills development. Passionate about empowering individuals to realize their fullest potential, Mary employs a diverse array of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Her therapeutic repertoire includes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, making her approach truly eclectic and client-centered. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, she partners with clients to identify meaningful treatment goals and facilitate the positive changes they seek in their lives.
