Kaitlin Elizabeth Cross

Kaitlin Elizabeth Cross is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a robust specialization in Play Therapy and Activity Therapy, particularly aimed at supporting children and preadolescents facing an array of challenges. She also extends her expertise to adolescents and adults through traditional talk therapy. Holding a Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas, Kaitlin has received extensive training in Play Therapy, Group Play Therapy, Activity Therapy, Filial Therapy, Group Counseling, and Crisis Intervention. During her time at UNT, she also participated in Child Parent Relationship Training (CPRT), which focuses on enhancing the parent-child bond to mitigate behavioral issues and alleviate stress. Her professional journey in agency and hospital environments has equipped her with comprehensive skills in addressing trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, self-esteem issues, and challenges within parent-child relationships.
