Shanna Dominguez is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who helps individuals navigate the complexities of their emotions in a rapidly changing world. Clients experiencing worry, fear, anxiety, depression, or other distressing feelings can find solace and guidance here. Shanna specializes in addressing issues like depression, panic attacks, anxiety, stress, bipolar disorder, trauma, and grief. She employs a variety of techniques and therapeutic theories to support her clients, firmly believing that there are two experts in every session: the client, who is the expert of their life, and Shanna, as the clinical expert. She emphasizes that mental health is just as vital as physical health, and together with her clients, she focuses on making improvements to their emotional well-being. Shanna holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Alongside her private practice, she also works in psychiatric hospitals as an inpatient therapist, dedicated to addressing depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, and PTSD.
