Victoria Lewallen

Victoria Lewallen is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LSOTP) who understands that embarking on a healing journey can feel overwhelming but ultimately rewarding. She recognizes that many clients may be unsure of where to begin, and she is committed to guiding and supporting them every step of the way. Through her expertise, Victoria assists her clients in developing vital skills for fostering healthy relationships and boundaries, enhancing positive communication, managing emotions, boosting self-esteem and self-awareness, setting and maintaining healthy goals, and cultivating effective coping strategies. While she currently provides Telehealth and online therapy services, her extensive experience includes helping individuals facing severe depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, grief, domestic abuse dynamics, trauma, personality disorders, substance abuse, Ethically Non-Monogamous (ENM) relationships, ADHD, anger management, and challenges related to reintegration into society. Victoria believes that clients should never be defined by their diagnoses; instead, she sees them as complex individuals first. She strives to create a trusting, judgment-free environment that facilitates healing while illuminating each person's unique strengths and protective factors.
