Mary Safi is a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to empowering individuals through their mental health journeys. Leveraging her expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and a trauma-focused approach, she helps clients of all ages address critical issues such as sexual abuse, trauma, and suicidal ideation.
