Kathy Riojas is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor who firmly believes that individuals do not have to navigate life uncertain of a brighter future. With over a decade of experience, Kathy specializes in supporting adolescents and adults facing challenges related to grief, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, she guides parents through the complexities of raising children, particularly those with developmental challenges. A graduate with a Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University and a certified School Counselor, Kathy employs a professional approach that seamlessly integrates cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused techniques.
