MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Carrollton, TX, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to tailored weight management services that address their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for a self-directed weight management journey, and for those who need additional support, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
