Aramy Denley

Aramy Denley is a Licensed Professional Counselor who understands the challenges that come with taking time for oneself. Recognizing that reaching out for help can be an overwhelming step, she brings a compassionate approach to therapy. With personal experience in navigating painful emotions and the loneliness that often accompanies them, Aramy knows the importance of seeking professional guidance in the healing journey. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mississippi, obtained in 2007, and advanced her expertise with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling in 2010. Her career began in a residential campus for children dealing with serious emotional and behavioral challenges, where she discovered her passion for helping others and furthered her education. Aramy considers it a privilege to accompany individuals through their pain towards healing and personal growth, employing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused therapy, EMDR, and more. She specializes in addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, self-esteem, and relationship challenges, ultimately guiding her clients towards a path of healing and fulfillment.
