The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Bryan, TX, is dedicated to fostering the next generation of food advocates and educators committed to building a just and sustainable food system. By offering a comprehensive, tuition-free program, we empower our Fellows to gain practical, hands-on experience in organic food system education, crop cultivation, and community engagement. During their six-month immersive experience at our Allegheny Farm Campus, selected Fellows learn to grow diversified crops for market distribution, lead educational initiatives in health care, maintain community gardens, and integrate food literacy into schools. After this training, Fellows embark on a Community Action Year, where they collaborate with local non-profits to enhance food access and support community food initiatives. We invite passionate individuals to apply by March for a transformative experience from May to October each year, where they will not only develop valuable skills but also contribute to the vitality of our food systems.
