Student Food Pantry

The Student Food Pantry in Brownsville, TX, is dedicated to supporting UTRGV students who are facing financial challenges and struggling to access nutritious meals. Our mission is to alleviate hunger among students by delivering essential food assistance that meets their basic nutritional needs. To benefit from our services, students must complete a registration form online or in person and present their UTRGV Student ID during visits. Food orders are conveniently placed online, allowing students to pick up their groceries during designated hours—Tuesdays from 2 to 5 pm and Fridays from 1 to 4 pm—after placing orders by Monday and Thursday at 5 pm, respectively. With our commitment to ensuring every student can thrive, we provide a welcoming space for food support once a week, reinforcing the importance of nutrition in academic success.
