At First HAND Ministry at Community Crossroads in Bedford, TX, we are dedicated to offering essential food assistance and support to individuals and families in need. Our hospitality is rooted in advocacy, nurture, and dignity, engaging with over fifty local agencies and schools to ensure we can serve our community effectively. Each month, we welcome hundreds of neighbors who can choose between two food options: groceries or sack lunches, available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Our Grocery Distribution takes place on Monday mornings, Wednesday afternoons, and Thursday afternoons, while our Sack Lunch Distribution runs during the same days. Additionally, we provide a warm breakfast every Monday morning, reinforcing our commitment to addressing hunger in a caring and efficient manner. Beyond food, we also offer clothing assistance, allowing neighbors to select outfits twice a month, along with seasonal items like coats and blankets. We encourage residents to apply annually for food services, reaffirming our goal of meeting immediate needs while fostering a sense of community and support in Bedford.
